Priordei

Priordei is a company with a rich history that dates back to 1789, when the family began working the vineyards and olive groves in the Priorat. They keep tradition alive by using traditional methods passed down through generations to create exceptional quality products, such as their olive oil, which is recognised worldwide.

Priordei entrusted us with developing a comprehensive strategy to help them expand into international markets. While they had the ambition to grow globally, their existing branding was not at the level needed to support this expansion. This project involved a complete redesign of their identity, packaging, and digital presence, with the goal of creating a modern, cohesive design that honours their rich heritage while highlighting their unwavering commitment to quality.

The Strategy

Priordei approached us to develop a comprehensive strategy that would facilitate their expansion into international markets. Although they were eager to grow globally, their existing branding didn’t fully reflect the level of sophistication needed to support this growth.

Our work involved a complete overhaul of their identity, packaging, and digital presence, with a focus on crafting a modern, cohesive design that both honours their deep-rooted heritage and showcases their unwavering commitment to quality. The goal was to create a brand presence that would resonate on the global stage while staying true to Priordei's legacy.

The Solution

Our solution draws inspiration from the earth, symbolised by the cross-section of a tree, where the rings tell the story of years gone by. Each ring, representing history and growth, is meticulously hand-printed, giving the design a tactile, authentic feel.

This traditional craftsmanship is fused with a modern, refined style, creating packaging that is both contemporary and deeply connected to Priordai's heritage. The result is a visually striking, premium design that not only honours the brand’s rich history but also makes a bold, sophisticated statement in the marketplace.
